Gospa Books Shipping Information

Note: If ordering during a HOLIDAY SEASON, please allow extra time for your order to be
processed and shipped due to the normal increase in mail-delivery times.

Gospa Books and More! utilizes the United States Postal Service to provide shipping to you, our valued customers. This is done to reduce costs and provide timely arrival of your purchases.

While we make every effort to protect your shipping by packing it carefully, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by transportation of your shipment once it is in the hands of the Postal Service.
If you are concerned about this issue, please contact us regarding alternate forms of shipping or the purchasing of insurance for your shipment.

We generally ship orders the same day they are placed if the order is received before 2pm EST.
If we receive your order after the shipping deadline, it will be shipped the next business day. Friday after 2pm, Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped on the following Monday unless that day is a National Holiday; in which case, the order will be shipped the next business day.

We have, in an effort to provide you with the lowest possible prices, instituted a minimum order policy.
In the event that your purchases do not meet the minimum order limit, we can still fulfill and ship the order,
however there will be a minimum shipping/handling fee of $3.00 imposed on the order regardless of size or weight. ( ex: If you order one (1) bumper sticker, the minimum S/H imposed is still $3.00 )

For very large or heavy orders, we reserve the right to ship via alternate carrier such as UPS or FEDEX.
Again, this is to reduce the cost to you. Some carriers may refuse delivery to some locations - i.e. Post Office Boxes. If you have a question regarding these type of issues, please contact the carrier directly.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain addresses if we suspect fraud or similar activities.

We will make every reasonable effort to contact you if a problem occurs while processing your order.
