IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION... PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

If we made a mistake on your order, please notify us immediately and we will make every effort to correct it...
We do however, reserve the right to refuse any returns that:
1.) Are damaged due to shipping, mishandling, abuse, and or normal wear and tear.
2.) Are not accompanied by a valid RMA number.
3.) Are not accompanied by a copy of the original packing list.

Books must be returned in resalable condition in their original packaging (if applicable).
This means that they may not have high-liter marks, underlining, dog-eared corners or obvious signs of wear... Please understand that we make every effort to be fair, if there is a question regarding a returns' condition, contact us beforehand.


Credit card sales will only be refunded back to the card used during the original transaction.
If this is not possible, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the purchase less the shipping fees.

All other refunds will be issued by company check.

Please allow time (7-10 business days) for us to process and mail out your refund, we try to do this in as timely a manner as possible.
